I am just a few days into experimenting with MDRD. So far, I have no complaints.
Tastes good, and the flavor does, just like they say, last a long time.
It's hard to determine yet, but it may be helping my workouts a little bit as well.

Honestly these truly work. The days I forgot to grab me a couple were the days where my workout was just kinda flat. Only wish I would have bought all the flavors. Next time I will. Keep up making an awesome product. Thank you

I like the flavor but wish it was a little stronger. I have had varied results with using the pouches and can only tell a difference when using 3 at a time. The intensity takes a while and isn’t as strong as I expected but still makes a difference. Price is a little more than I want to invest in with other options available.
