Decent quality, terrible service.
Made an order and a preorder at the same time. Order shipped almost immediately from inside the states. GREAT! The preorder got delayed but they didnt inform me of this until AFTER the last day of expected shipment. I had to reach out to them to be informed. So I waited another 2 months iirc. Reached out again to be informed it'll ship soon and they're adding some freebies as an apology. Now this time it shipped from China so an even longer wait. The freebies you may ask? A Keychain and some form collapsible fan? Dog bowl? Seriously, I have no idea. I figured since they make clothes for the stuffies they'd give an outfit for this debacle but thats the way it goes I guess. Tldr; stuffy is a solid 8/10, my experience was a 2/10.
On a separate note, the cat I got my wife. Its tail fell off. Bad stitching.

Hi, ich finde das die website eigentlich gar nicht so schlimm ist wie alle sagen. Die Lieferung hat anderthalb Wochen gedauert. Wenn sie bei euch vier Monate dauert dann liegt es an der Pre Order. Die Kuscheltiere sind wirklich sehr cool und sehr knuffig. Ich wurde by the way nicht für diese Rezension bezahlt, das ist wirklich meine ehrliche Meinung. Ich habe noch mal zweimal bestellt weil ich die so cool finde. Sie sind zwar sehr teuer aber wenn so ein großer Sale ist, lohnt sich das,der Plush Shop Service hat mir immer innerhalb von einem bis zwei Tagen geantwortet und war sehr nett und höflich
