Blessed 5-Panel Hat

I received the wrong hat. I communicated with somebody at before it was shipped, and they informed me that the right hat would be shipped and in the picture that has my order shows the correct hat that I would wanted and instead I received the one with the red lettering in which that was not the one I wanted I still have yet to hear back from somebody regarding next steps. The AI bought. Let me know that there was an issue with my order and that I would be contacted to get this rectified. I would really appreciate this rectified because I received the wrong thing and now I’m without a hat.
