Terrible customer service – Avoid! ⭐☆☆☆☆ I received damaged sunglasses from order #DF1329026EU. Support promised a €49.99 voucher valid with all promos (including 1+1) if I destroyed the defective item. I fulfilled my side immediately and sent proof. After 2 months of painfully slow responses, they broke their promise: the voucher didn't work with promos, forced me to pay extra shipping, and their "solution" was a ridiculous €5 discount. Summer is over, I have no sunglasses—only broken pieces—and zero refund. I had to initiate a bank chargeback and file an official ECC-Net complaint. Unprofessional and completely disrespectful to customers.
