Switches came in separate bags of 4 with a card describing what's in each bag. No discrepancies between what the card said and what was in each bag. They even included 4 extra switches just as a bonus! The order took a while to process/ship but that was somewhat expected to manually pick and pack 24 different switches. Overall very satisfied with the experience and would use it again for ordering individual switches to test before bulk buying them.
