Soft Cloud Minimizer Bra - Seamless

For me this bra just didn’t work. It could very well just simply be the size of my breast because they are a very large size and so they’re very heavy. And the underwear they use in this bra is a very lightweight very flexible underwear so it doesn’t have a lot of the same support as a traditional bra. So instead of fitting me like a doze in the picture, it look like it was just gonna fall right off the moment, I bent over it because it wasn’t pressed against my chest. Nothing was held into place properly. It just didn’t work because of my size so I would say based on personal experience this would probably work best just for a woman who are a C cup or smaller

Absolutely terrible customer service! I realized i ordered the wrong size explained the package was never opened. I was told i would have to pay to return overseas. I said i would and asked for the address. I never received it and was told they were “working on getting it for me.” Then my return inquiry was closed. The real kicker is that when you go to rate them on their site. I chose the lowest rating and it flipped it to an “excellent” rating. Absolutely a scam!

These were advertised as highly supportive bras with specific technology behind the support. I ordered two and they are honestly some of the worst bras I’ve purchased. The material is extremely flimsy and provides virtually no support. The return process is just as disappointing. I asked for a refund and was first offered another size, then a 20% refund to keep them. When I continued to request a return, I was told I have to ship them back to the EU at my expense: $25–$40 shipping PLUS about $20 in customs fees. I could not find this return policy clearly disclosed before purchasing. Customers should know upfront that returning an item from the US may cost $45–$60. I would not have ordered had that been clear.
