BEST IN SHOW ™

It wasn’t disclosed on the Shop app, where I purchased the product, that the business was on hiatus and orders wouldn’t be processed for several weeks. I emailed them to let them know that there was no disclaimer about the extended processing timeframe through the platform I’d purchased from and that I only discovered this information on their website after I went looking to find out what was happening with my order. I received no reply or acknowledgment… its been quite a while. The product eventually shipped weeks later and yes, it’s a great product. But in a sea of small businesses all competing for the same customers, the overall experience needs a little more finesse. Fragrance is so incredibly subjective and nostalgic and this has kind of yucked my yum.

Gorgeous buttery, flaky, sweet but not sickly scent, and incredibly addictive. Realistic but whimsical, it's a very classy take on vanilla grounded by pastry notes, like a quality creme anglaise. The packaging is also good with the box especially feeling quite luxurious!

I'm gonna need this in 100 ml for sure. The opening reminds me a bit of that popular vanilla fragrance at Sephora but only for the first minute or so. The dry down is chef's kiss. It’s airy and super wearable in hot weather. 100/10😍
