love the look but it would be great if the band was elasticized instead of fiddle. I don't like the beads hanging down after adjusting the fit, it touches every surface and feels unhygienic if cooking or doing dishes. I also don't understand the sober setting. it tells me I had 28 sober minutes, when Im a teatotaller, so I wonder how accurate 5he other sleep scores are.

I dislike the app, the accuracy of tracking is off, I constantly have to adjust the tightness of the band all day. I have reached out to the company twice within the posted return window and no one will contact me back. I just want to return it back to you. I don’t think this was ready to go to market for people who are so used to apps that are so good. The product is pretty and the battery lasts a decent amount of time. Those are the only two good things going for it, in my opinion.

I do not like the quality of the bracelet. I wore it briefly and the stats are so far off from my Oura ring that I don’t trust it. I have been trying to return it for a week with no response. So frustrating.
I would not write a negative review if they actually honored their return policy, but since they are not responding, this is the way it goes. Very disappointing. Also, wish I had read the reviews!!!
