I purchased this for the first time during covid, I believe. I know it works, so I happily ordered again. The jar was much smaller than the first time I purchased. It was also delivered later than expected. I believe it was delayed by a few days. I also can't get the jar open. I've tried multiple ways and attempts, but the seal will not break. I reached out for assistance, but no response yet.
