Not what I expected.
Short life, uses coconut husk, which does not distribute well after containing product.
Very sharp excellent taste for a short period of time at the beginning.
I find myself using them at least five times a day when the recommended dose is three.

Great taste. It's just a little too strong for me. Half the dose to start would be great. I ended up organizing my weight racks while trying to get in my workouts for the best possible pump. Over stimulated, and was frustrated about it

I would say love but it’s not like you give me a 1-10 scale either.?
I give it a 7 on flavor , a 5 on effect and i packed 2 ! It’s not a bad thing I’m just more intense or want more intense
