On a positive, it’s potent stuff!

My body loves almost every Wellena product I use. I have a VERY sensitive system and the Triple Magnesium A.M. affects my system a bit too much, even dropping down to just one capsule. On a positive, it’s potent stuff! I used to use Wellena Magnesium Citrate and it worked beautifully with my body. But that’s a totally different form of magnesium than in the Magnesium A.M. and also a singular form.
