Original 874® Work Pants

NOT TRUE TO SIZE. DISAPPOINTING. I have been buying and wearing Dickies Original 874 Work Pants for decades, always buying waist size 31. The 3 pair ordered, received and tagged as 31 inch waist actually measure just over 32 inches. That is after 2 washings, following washing instructions on pant tag. Closing the difference with another 1 or 2 belt notches bunches waist up making them uncomfortable. So sad.

Many years ago those pants were great. I wear 42 ordered 42 and it fits like 42. Then the same size become one size smaller. 42 was actually 40. Finally I ordered 44 in order to get 42 but 44 was true to the size. I washed with hope that pants will shrink. But it is still too big. Can't return since pants are washed. Great pants but you have to try the size first since can't trust the measurements.

Hips are large for my son but nice and heavy for school. Amazon had them $10 cheaper per pair but didn't have his size, which was disappointing. But nice pants.
