Men Padded Muscle Shaper Compression Undershirt

The wrong product was delivered (which was late) and the company is refusing to give me a full refund even though I offered to mail the item back at my cost. They also refused to send me product I ordered. I have referred them to the Better Business Bureau. Please see below comparing what I ordered vs what I received

I did not like the shirt at all. I just got a plain white T-shirt that’s it. I did not get the shirt with the BBL muscles like it claimed to be. It was just a waste of money and I would really like a refund.
