Somewhat disappointing, kind of strange fit
There was a mistake with the order and shipping and sizing so it took a long time to arrive. It's challenging to get on and off without feeling like I'm going to pop certain joints in and out of place. Medium was tight at the arms but loose at the back and shoulders and rode up at the back. I'd suggest just saving up for shoulder compression gear that can be put on via front or back and secured using velcro. Fine for what it is which is light compression and minimal support, but like... if you're looking for more supportive upper back/shoulder gear you should search elsewhere.
Jelliebend has good marketing and is quite comfortable but being disabled is already so expensive you might as well buy the stuff that will really support you.

Jellie shrug
Maybe I am just built wrong. I bought the size based on my bicep measurement to try to avoid issues. Every time I put it on, the sleeves are so snug that it pops stitches pulling it on and the front feels big. I have shoulders that sublux, so I had very high hopes. Unfortunately, I do not think this is the answer for me.
