Flow Alarm

Firstly, it requires an ongoing subscription $10-20/mo to get the real options -more than 3 alarm sounds and benefits which wasnt clear when I purchased it. Secondly, and worse, this app made its own alarm that went off around midnight and wldnt let me turn it off. I tried to delete the app and eventually succeeded after angrily having to listen to an alarm that wldnt turn off for over 20 minutes. I had to be up at 4:30 am to work at 6am for a 13-14 hour hospital shift that day. That alarm going off and having to deal with it for 20+ minutes in the middle of the night was the final deal breaker for me. Wasted $40. And BTW, i use my phone as an alarm for anyone curious why i couldn’t just silence my phone and go back to sleep. I don’t recommend this product. Good idea, bad excution.

I waited months to receive this dock and when it showed up it didn’t work at all. Customer service was great until I told them it was broken, then I never heard from them again even after 3 follow up emails. As a college student this was too expensive for it to first not work, and second not get a refund for a broken product.

(Android) Usable but bugged - scanning dock always opens play store link to download the app - alarm screen doesn't open when alarm plays, I have to force quit and reopen the app to get to the alarm screen, which is the only screen you can dismiss the alarm from I need this app/device to wake up but the functionality is horrible on Android. App might be ai-coded slop, disappointed Also, the physical product looks different than the picture shows, much less sleek
