Gym Binder Extra Strong grey

my bra size is UK 30G (30 inch underbust, 38.5 inch bust) and large is the right size for me. I have this in a medium but sized up in the hope that it would reduce chafing around the armpits and ride up my stomach less. unfortunately, this doesn’t flatten me any more than a sports bra can and it really does ride up my stomach all day, even though I don’t have a large stomach. it’s a good daily option because it’s comfortable and easy to put on and take off but it’s not super effective as a binder and I really think the bottom needs to be tighter somehow

binds decently, doesnt hurt to breathe/exercise in, but chafes a lot around the arm holes.
