LockCraft 2-in-1 - Precision Lock Pick Set

Wrong item completely. Was charged $39.90 for a subscription I never wanted or ordered, it took forever to get to me, and it is completely not what was ordered on top of everything else. Worst company ever, I will no longer be doing any business with them and I don't recommend anyone else should either.

Very disappointed with the service. Nowhere does it indicate that pick is only compatible with specific locks. I was told I was ineligible for a refund because “the correct product was delivered and there is no confirmed product defect”. So now I’m stuck with a tool that is incompatible with locks here in Aus. Pretty average.

It just doesn’t work. It doesn’t fit in any door lock
