Stryde Precision Strap

Product arrived and was not as advertised. The materials of construction were significantly different that what was described and depicted on the Stryde website. It also lacked any branding, which raised concerns that these were the exact items several others have provided feedback on as being overpriced knockoffs out of China. I immediately requested a 100% refunds, to include shipping costs, and a return shipping label. They offered 50% refund and to keep the product. I refused that offer and referred them back to my original request. Now it’s been two days and I believe they are now attempting to ghost me. I’ll give them till Monday and then I file my formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising and intentional mis-representation of a consumer product.

Front part ok. Strap can sharply dig into the back of your knee when squatting. I have irritated the crease behind my knee doing yardwork. Would be better if edge of band was was padded...ie edged to make the edge more rounded. Ipow has a better band. If it fit yours I would use it.

It works even though it is a nock off , did not come in a box with directions as official website states . And it also dose not look the same as the one on official website, no printed STRYDE on face . Its works for about 8 hrs a day
