I love this brace. I got two and I have a bad bad knee on my left and I don’t want surgery and I’ll tell you it’s the best product I’ve ever bought for my knee. Keep up the good work.

I am very disappointed with these straps. The product did not meet my expectations based on the advertising, and my experience has been frustrating.
When I contacted customer service to request a full refund, they refused and offered only a 50% refund of $24.64. They also stated that I could not return the product.
I do not consider this a satisfactory resolution. Customers should receive products that are accurately advertised and be treated fairly when they are unhappy with their purchase.
Based on my experience with both the product and customer service, I would advise other buyers to read the product description and refund policy carefully before ordering. I would not purchase again.

It’s described as a one size fits all but it didn’t fit my knee. They told me how and where to put it but it still doesn’t fit. I requested a refund and they offered 25 percent of my money. Not fair I want my whole refund back. Do not order this product if you have big knees this is not a one size fits all don’t waste your money they will not refund your money but partially which is not fair I have no use for it and it’s going in the trash it’s no use for me.
