Great Product - Shipping Needs Work

I love the spools, they are exactly what I needed. I actually ordered 32 of these, twice for a total of 64. The only issue I had was the shipping. It gives you various option of shipping methods for different pricing. I chose 2 day shipping for around $180, for both orders. The first order, I received them in 2 to 3 days, which was fine. The second order, it took 7 days to get to me. I reached out to customer service, and they explained to me that the shipping on the website is wrong, that the price I paid was for regular shipping. I explained that I chose the 2-day shipping with a screenshot from the website showing my selection. Apparently, for 2-day shipping on my order, it would have been $500. All in all, they just need to have accurate information for the shipping options and costs. It's very deceiving to make me think I paid for 2-day shipping and not get them for 7 days. They did refund me 50% of my shipping cost on the 2nd order for my troubles, but that didn't get them here in the 2 days that I needed them here.
