Dissapointed

I love coffee and I drink it black. I typically stay with Peet's French Roast. I wanted to try Rival Bros and went with the Heavyweight Blend. I found it to be a bit bitter and it has some acidity. I grind it fresh before each time I brew it. I have a great grinder, I also brew in a Moccamaster coffee maker, so I feel its a good combo and the coffee did not meet my expectations.
