Foundation Micronized Creatine

Product is great!! Time from ordering to delivery was ridiculously long. The tracker showed on its way, and on the estimated date of delivery status had changed back to received at sorting facility. Took over 2 weeks to deliver from Arkansas to Texas. I could've walked it to my house in that amount of time.

I've never taken creatine or any work out "supplement" before, so I have nothing to compare it to. As a blue collar guy, and after taking 10 grams/day for almost 2 months, I can see and feel the difference in my muscles, energy, and mental clarity. It dissolves easily and quickly in any drink I put it in. I've been recommending it to family and coworkers.

I took it for a few days, it was OK because you can't taste it in coffee. My husband takes it now and then when he goes to work out but it isn't something that we take all the time. We are older and we don't work out a lot. It works well but we don't need to order anymore right now. I don't want to have more than I can use. For those that need it, please feel free to buy it and use it, it is basically tasteless and it works well. Thank you.
