I love the feel of the pillows, so incredibly cloud like. BUT. Because of the harsh smell when I opened them I immediately washed them after looking up the washing instructions. The washing part is insane. I put them on 2 extra spin only cycles to remove some of the water because they were dripping wet after a wash cycle. Even after that I had to try to wring out the water. They still were dripping wet. It took HOURS to dry the puff pillow. Several drying cycles. The body align plus pillow dried somewhat faster. My only complaint is how difficult it is to get them dry. Definitely don’t wash them later in the day unless you have several hours to get them dry. Otherwise, I would have given a full 5 stars.

I love how cool it is and it stays that way all night. I have a fan blowing on me too and it’s a comfy way to seep. I have the small cooling economic pillow as well for my head. I’m very happy with that as well.. I have to sleep on a wedge for elevation and both these products are necessary for me. Thx

Is this crease normal? There are also a couple of small slits in the seam. The pillow does align my hips and keeps me from rolling forward but the contours don't fit MY body. The pillow often bends at the crease, and the top half flops out of bed.
