Love the smell

And my mare doesn’t flinch when I spray this on her. Normally she is not a fan of fly repellent but this bothers her not one whit. I tend to alternate it with a more conventional fly repellent, and I still use Swat around my horse’s eyes and ears, but this spray is now a part of my routine. I don’t mind getting it on my hands and I think the concentrate is about the same cost as the oil based concentrate I purchase. I appreciate the bottles, although I now have a couple of backups since they last quite a long time. We love all of the Electric Pony products.

Effective and Gentle on Horses

This is a great product. My sensitive mare barely tolerates pesticide-based fly sprays and cringes and moves away when they're used on her. She is much more accepting of Electric Pony's Fly & Tick Pony Protector. It smells great and works well to discourage flies and other insects. The concentrate formula is easy to mix up and I appreciate the reduced cost and environmental impact.
