Good product, but WAY too sweet..
I ordered four different flavors of Elev8 Creamy Rice after never trying the product before. Overall, I think the product itself is good and has a lot of potential for what it’s designed to be. The texture and convenience are great, and I can definitely see it being useful as a quick carb source or pre-workout meal.
My biggest issue is that it is extremely, extremely sweet. The sweetness tastes heavily like stevia — almost like someone poured straight stevia into the bowl. I didn’t realize stevia leaf extract was an ingredient when I ordered it, but after seeing that, the intense sweetness definitely makes more sense.
I actually have to mix it with other cereal and add extra water just to tone down the sweetness. It’s not terrible, and I’m still able to use the product, but eating it by itself as a replacement for cereal or another carb source is pretty difficult for me because of how strong the artificial sweetness is.

First time trying out elev 8 creamy rice as an avid cream of rice post workout girly. This flavor definitley has a similar taste to the flavoring they put in strawberry cheescake yogurt (like activia) and its a little bit too artificial for me. Its still good just has that aftertaste of an artificial sweetener thats pretty intense. Almost wish it was sweetened with monk fruit instead of sucralose and stevia. Added a little bit of greek yogurt to neutralize the taste and it ended ip being yummy. Love the texture its less grainy than other creamy rice brands ive tried.
