SPARTAN Root Activator Shampoo for Men

I am done dealing with this company. I paid to receive a bottle of their Root activator shampoo on 10/06/2026 it’s now 10/23/2026 I contacted the company a week ago to find out when will they have shipping info. I received a message from them saying that they had manufacturing issues. But this is the second time that I have had problems with them for the same issue. No more, I am going to request a refund and find another shampoo that works. I have requested a refund which they have not refunded. I received a response from a representative giving me an excuse about a manufacturing issue. He promised that my order would be shipped last Monday. Well a week later and no product and no tracking information. He did offer a free extra bottle when I finally receive my purchase!

I have a feeling it’s a fake rip off product and not the real spartan shampoo

For some reason this small bottle is tagged differently than the larger ones. Also it smells different from other ones I have used.
