UGG Kids Tazz Slipper

My daughter picked these shoes for back to school. We specifically ordered from Kozmo because they advertised the fastest delivery (3-5 days. They arrived in about that time but they had sent the completely wrong shoes. I immediately returned them from the post office and emailed Kozmo photos of the wrong shoes and proof of return. I asked them to expedite the replacement so my daughter could still have them for school. I was told that once I returned them, they would ship the correct pair. I sent the proof again and was told they would send them. A few days later, with no shipping confirmation or delivery date, I emailed again. I was then told they would not ship the replacement until they received the returned shoes. At that point, I gave up and went to the mall to buy them. I requested a refund and once again, I’ve got zero communication about a refund or the shoes. The lack of communication and contradictory information is what made this experience so disappointing. Avoid Kozmo!

Ils m’ont envoyé la mauvaise couleur de UGGS et très compliqué pour avoir la bonne paire que j’ai commandé. Je suis toujours prise avec la mauvaise couleur.
