ALPHA PCD 3D Printer Nozzle – High temp Polycrystalline Diamond Nozzle

A++ nozzle -- Have only been using a relatively short time, but great so far. Produces higher quality lines, on par with Obxidian nozzles but able to go to temperatures that required tungsten carbide nozzle. Have always wanted E3D to make a V6 version of the Obxidian 500, but its basically what this is. Yet to see if it's as durable as a TC nozzle, but produces superior looking finish.

Initial impressions were incredibly positive. Required slightly more pressure advance relative to Undertaker (same nozzle size). Seems to have improved surface finish. Currently experiencing clogging, but need to rule out problematic filament. Will update at a later date

Installed with Beacon contact for auto leveling, seems fine so far. Smooth extrusioning of filament. Packaging is 10/10 honestly, that's the best part of the whole thing in my opinion. Will buy more in the future for sure!
