I ordered their birthday box for my roommate who is a huge runner. Marathons, halves, 5ks... you name it, she does it. I wanted to get her something special for her birthday that would be unique and a chance for her to try some new products. Unfortunately, my package was stolen from the mail room after delivery, and I struggled to get a claim approved with the delivery services. After emailing the contact line, they IMMEDIATELY shipped me a new package. Safe to say that Fuel Goods saved the day. Will 100% be shopping here again and recommending to friends!

Excellent customer service

I can't speak to the box's contents because it is a gift for an upcoming birthday, but the customer service is outstanding. The first box unfortunately was damaged in shipping, but a replacement was sent out very quickly and before they even knew I'd returned the original using the return label promptly emailed to me. The replacement box was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I'm guessing the contents will match the customer service in quality.
