SwitchBot K11+ Pro

I love it!!

I love this robot vacuum! It’s the perfect size for my 1,400-square-foot home. The app shows exactly where it’s cleaning, and the different suction levels are very useful. I 100% recommend it if you have a small space and want a little helper to keep your floors clean!

Good product

There are a number of things to like. The dock seems to work well overall. The small form factor of the vacuum is able to get into a lot of areas my previous one from a competitor could not. The mapping is fantastic. It's very quick to get a basic map of a room. The unit seems to try areas it's struggle with a bit too aggressively. I've had it get stuck in the same place in my home multiple times and it keeps charging in even after I moved it and continued. After a few failed attempts, It should give up on that section sooner. (a monitor cable under my wife's desk) It could use some object detection capabilities to avoid wires better in future models. The other issue is that since it's smaller, it has trouble with larger debris compraed to a bigger unit. This is a tradeoff for the size and some object detection would help on this one also. For the price and feature set and the excellent mapping, it's worth buying.

Too many issues

It gives me always a motor issue. Despite contacting customer service they couldn’t figure out why.
