My order was missing an item, and it has now been an entire month of trying to get this resolved. A MONTH. This is not some complicated investigation requiring extensive resources. An item was not received. The solution should be incredibly straightforward. Instead, I have had to repeatedly chase this company for answers while receiving nothing but delays and excuses. At this point, I’m honestly impressed by how much effort has gone into avoiding an actual resolution. The complete lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer service is appalling. Customers should not have to beg a company to address an issue involving an order they have already paid for. I have serious concerns about how this company conducts business. If you’re considering ordering from this company, I would think twice. There are plenty of businesses that understand the incredibly basic concept of delivering what customers pay for and, when something goes wrong, actually fixing it.

Love the sheets - they feel soft and cool to the touch. Worried about washing them - I hope they don’t pill or snag. Shipping took FOREVER though… literally way longer than it should have for all of the mellow products I’ve ordered - and I’ve ordered A LOT!
