Gel Mix

Revolutionary. This gel mix is delicious, easy to make, light on the stomach, and perfect for consuming an adequate amount of carbs (without the preservatives!) on your long run. Just boil some water, mix up a batch, fill your soft flask, and let it cool in the fridge overnight - a perfect alternative to single use plastics. My only question: how do I buy this in a bigger bag?!

This is the cleanest gel I’ve ever consumed and came with a noticeable boost. Guess I’ve been using the wrong gels this entire time! The gels supplement the sports drink nicely and smoothly during my long runs. Hope this becomes available in the EU someday soon!

Is it a little inconvenient to mix up your own gel? Sure. But get past that because the product is fantastic. It goes down so smoothly and really isn't that difficult to mix. Love that I am getting a fresher product with fewer preservatives - makes it so much easier on the stomach.
