Both a great product and great customer service

The tape quality and instructions provided are top notch. The eye mask is is soft, lightweight and adjustable. I don’t like the box that everything came in. I find the box to be excessive and a waste of material. Perhaps consider a less resource intensive box to hold the Starter Kit contents. Maybe something that can be reused instead of glueing the styrofoam moulds to the inside.
