I had a very disappointing experience with this company. It took 3 months for my order to ship, and when it was finally marked as delivered, it had been delivered to a completely different state. I never received my order. I reached out hoping to get a refund or a replacement, but the company was unwilling to work with me to resolve the issue. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating. I understand that shipping issues can happen, but how a company handles those issues matters. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.
