order didn't go exactly as planned - The size I ordered wasn't available so I received a size up which did not work for me at all. customer service responded in a timely manner and got me a replacement set up. Not exactly a super smooth process but it worked out. shipping takes a very long time but it is what it is. I am however very satisfied with the products I received and I keep ordering if that says anything. I did not receive these specific pants but a similar type is very helpful. TWS does continually improve their products based on reviews so that's pretty stellar.

The length on your pants is always way too long, a 32 is perfect for me, when I order a 32 I get like a 38 length. The pants have adjusting ankles so it’s expensive to get them shortened. Do I need to order a 28 length? I’m afraid they would get that right. This is twice I’ve had this happen. Won’t be buying any more pants from you. Other than the length issue, love the pants.

Delivered after a month. Delievered wrong size. Nice quality pants. Wrong size though. Promised to ship correct size to me "asap" and given return label. Very little confidence I will get the correct order.
