After overseeding every year and the newly planted grass dying every year, I finally had my soil tested.
The test identified exactly what is going on with my soil. I have begun to replenish the soil with the recommended fertilizers to correct the deficiencies.

I just started that food pot a few months it’s Clover and multi year mix hopefully next year it will be fully established notice on the right hand side of the food pot the deer trail that’s walking on the edge

Soil test was great. I became frustrated when I had not received the results back, but I found the email had been sent to my junk folder.
