Amazing Product

We got one of these for my mother in law after she used one at the rehab facility following knee surgery. It arrived while she was still in rehab and my wife used it for her back and I for my shoulder. Uh Oh, we didn't want to give it up! Needless to say, mom got it and uses it all the time. We're going to have to get one for ourselves. Great product. Source Ortho was great to deal with and the purchase & delivery was excellent. Thank you.

Very quiet and works well

Disappointed that I couldn’t get consistent cold pad therapy. Perhaps due to new procedure of Ace bandages covering the knee. Used the old fashioned ice wrap instead.
