Very poor customer service. I emailed them several times requesting to return the clone because it was not as described or advertised, but I have received no response. Their refund policy says that used products cannot be returned, which I can understand to some extent. However, how is a customer supposed to know whether the product matches the advertisement without actually opening and testing it? If the product does not perform as advertised or does not meet expectations after testing it, there should be a reasonable and straightforward return process. At the very least, customer service should respond to emails and provide clear instructions on how to make a return. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and an unclear return process has made this a very frustrating experience.

I ordered last month . But have’nt received yet.
