Titanium Vented plate (Real Plastic Plate

I ordered this as a birthday gift for my nephew on October 1 and still have not received it. Today is October 21st, so he never got his present. Every time I try tracking it, it says it's stuck in California. However, the company texted me several days ago asking me how I liked the product. What product? The one I paid for and never received.... I tried reaching out about my concern and have not heard back. Bad customer service.

Plate looks nice. Shipping was awful, 1-3 day shipping is incorrect. Plate didn’t ship until 10 buisness days after order then took 5-6 days with the carrier. Other than that plate is nice

Still haven’t got it yet was supposed to arrive last Monday
