Men's MAMBA Strike Python Ankle Square Toe Boot

The material and overall design of the boots are good, but unfortunately, I did not receive what I ordered. I specifically selected a different color, but I received black boots instead. I also ordered a size 10.5, but received a size 9.5. I was also unable to submit a return request through the system, which made the situation even more frustrating. The quality seems good, but the wrong color and size were sent. I will appreciate better way to contact customer support to fix this issue.

I bought the black ones with the matching belt as a present for my husband and we are both obsessed! Great quality and true to size. I was worried I should have sized up but it fit perfectly.
