Have not responded to my return request and have taken ages to respond to my emails. They also stated they are sending a replacement without permission and have not refunded my money… product is poor fit and poor quality… Will be contacting my bank and submitting complaints to BBB, shop, and my bank if this is not resolved by end of day. Beyond ridiculous. Do not recommend their products.
