Disappointing Quality Control

Unfortunately, this is the second time I have received an incomplete order from Hansen Supplements. This time, the precision scale I ordered was missing from the package. In a previous order, the measuring spoons were also missing, and I never received them despite contacting customer service. This was a large order worth over €200, so I expected better quality control. The company apologized and offered a refund for the missing scale because shipping it separately to Norway would be too expensive. While I appreciate the apology, the mistake was theirs, not mine. I ordered the scale because I needed it—not because I wanted a refund. When the same issue happens twice, it seriously affects my confidence in the company. I hope Hansen Supplements improves its order fulfillment process and quality control and takes greater responsibility when mistakes like this occur.
