⚠️ Buyer beware. The customer service has been absolutely terrible. I rode my bike for only 3 miles, it started making a loud noise, and when I reached out for help, nobody even bothered to respond to me. Getting a simple response feels impossible, and once they have your money, good luck getting any help. This is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this company based on how customers are treated.
