KAMsnaps Basic Pliers for Plastic Snaps

Size 16 plastic snaps more difficult to use

I had the pliers that I had originally purchased which indicated they would work for both the size 16 and the size 20 snaps. It had the appropriate die for the size 16 snaps but try as I might, I couldn't make it work. The snaps either distorted and wouldn't snap or they wouldn't hold. I watched utube and read everything i could. Finally I contacted a customer service person who told me i would have to buy a new pliers.....evidently their original product claims were not accurate. So I bought the other pliers. The new pliers do work better but the size 16 snaps are still more difficult to use than the size 20.
