My order was delivered to an address in Georgia. I live in NC, which is clearly on my shipping order. 4 attempts to request a refund. No response from customer support. Assume this is a scam. Couldn’t leave zero stars, but had to leave a 1-star so hopefully no one else will get cheated. STAY AWAY from this!!

Ordered the product - told it would ship in 3-5 days. A week later I had to follow up and they said they had a problem with their distributor shipping but assured me it would be delivered within another 3-5 days. A week later - I had to follow up again and they said they can’t fulfill the order so they cancelled it. Very disappointing and not a good customer experience.

It’s a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Been a month, with an email to customer service and the response “oh sorry, there was an issue with your shipping info.” And still nothing. No way to request refund, would be 0 stars if possible.
