Disappointed on company return policy

I actually like the hat, the poor rating was due to your return policy, the hat was way to big and I was going to exchange it for a S-M size and not M-L size (all my other SnapBack hats are fine at M-L size) I had to pay for return which would have been more than the cost of the hat not worth it

This is not a good hat. It fits weird and bulges at the bottom, not attractive at all.
