Viona | Elegant Boho Dress

Fabric is cheap. Construction is shoddy. Blouse too tight across chest. And it took nearly a month to reach my home. Photography and advertisement promote high end products when in fact these items are pitiful knockoffs. Charged far too much money for this ridiculously polyester-looking merchandise.

Nothing like they describe, size. Material, look are nothing like what’s shown. They imply that they are a store front but actually a shipper from China, took forever to get and is impossible to return.

The dress itself is ok. My one star is for customer service. This was purchased as a gift and my sister didnt care for it so i requested a return. I submitted the requested photos and reason for the return when asked and have heard nothing back since. Its been four days so far, and i resent the info again yesterday with no response.
