Cosmic Beauty

I used last night and my face felt so soft and looked sooooo radiant. It helped with some redness I had under my eyes and just like the previous product I reveiwed it melts into your skin like butter. It does not have an overwhelming odor, which I like, because there is no lingering perfumy scent that may trigger my sinuses. Once again I am extremely pleased and satisfied with these products and I will continue to recommend....

During the 6 weeks it took this company to process and ship my order, I emailed them 5 times requesting a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, I received little to no help. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company before they even created a shipping label. At this point, if the cream ever arrives, it's going right back. I have no interest in doing business with a company that provides this level of customer service. Very disappointing experience. Buyer

Havent recieved it. UPDATE: I did finally receieve my order and the seller did communicate to me what was happening. They have had a lot ot expansion and had to make some adjustments, which I do understand. I did give the suggestion that maybe creating a pop-up notification on the website of shipping and processing times would be helpful for consumers to decide if they’re willing to wait to the amount of time that is required - but at least it is communication with potential customers and returning customers. They took the feedback very well. Now onto the product itself. I would know within the first 10 minutes of my skin was not going to be happy with it. But I can’t say that my skin has felt very moisturized and the product itself is very thick so a little goes a long way. No reactions so thats a plus. Overall, so far, it feels really good. I’ll probably do an update within the next 30 days or so but so far I’m liking it.
