Florence Leather Loafers

Very unreliable. Adverts very deceptive and the final products are disappointing. They do not even match the sizes displayed. I bought three products from them and despite many back and front interaction and returns and exchanges I cannot still use any of them. A real waste of my time and money.

The shoes don’t fit. They’re at least a size-size and a half smaller than normal US measured shoes. I demonstrated this to them asking for a full refund, as they don’t make a larger shoe, which so far they have refused only offering 75% refund or store credit. they’re sizing and size representation is off. Would not do business with them.

They don’t fit run small and don’t look like the ad picture would never buy from this place ever again
