pressurization system problems
The unit appears to be solidly constructed but the pressurization system to apply traction force does not operate smoothly at all. The unit only increases pressure in one stroke direction and releases pressure when I reach the end of the return stroke, effectively reducing all the applied force to zero with each stroke. Additionally, the force application is not as gradual as I expected, but rather "sticky", jumping up in nearly 5 lb. increments. I'm suspecting that my unit has a defect in the piston seal operation which I would have expected to be found in your product quality control inspection.

Easy
I was able to try one out on loan from my physical therapist before I bought one so I knew it was easy to use and would help me.

Well made. Easy to use. Instructions fine; more info on website. Good video there to show how to use it. Feels good; hard to say what clinical improvements I will get but so far using it feels quite good.
