Diamond Painting - Surprise Picture

Customer service was nice to me, and quick with replies. I’m sorry for those that have reported bad experiences. After six weeks of “in transit” status with no visible tracking updates, I had not received the item. They were quick to get it corrected. Am only halfway done with the project, so still unsure what the finished photo will look like. Noteworthy: would highly recommend lightening your image or up the exposure a little bit before submitting the photo. Because their printer tends to darken your image resulting in color mismatching. It’s a tech issue not necessarily human error. The materials received our high-quality. I have no complaints in that regard.

This canvas is amazing. It is a surprise and I won’t tell what I got. However, the drills are absolutely stunning in color and the canvas is very easy to work with. The drill field is easy to identify, and the glue- oh my the glue is perfect. I would definitely purchase again from this company. I actually like this company.

I love my diamond picture, I haven't finished my picture, hope to send at a later date.
